Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a system that links all tasks of corporations and accumulates data, and this data is the core asset in the age of artificial intelligence (AI). The new product "K-System Ace I&I" is the future of ERP and a core platform that enhances corporate competitiveness, and it will establish itself as an innovation model in the AI era.
Kwon Young-beom, CEO of YoungLimWon Soft-Lab, said this at a press briefing held on the 24th at the Fairmont Ambassador in Yeouido, Seoul. On this day, YoungLimWon Soft-Lab unveiled the AI ERP new product "K-System Ace I&I." Through this, YoungLimWon Soft-Lab laid out a blueprint to consolidate various solutions within corporations into one and maximize client companies' work efficiency through AI-based automation features.
"K-System Ace I&I" is a solution that integrates various systems such as ERP, manufacturing execution system (MES), and groupware into a single platform to automate enterprise-wide flows without task duplication. For example, when drafting a purchase request, the electronic approval in ERP and groupware is automatically linked, and whether approval is complete is synchronized in real time to eliminate duplicate entries. This interoperability between systems and improved UX increase agility across corporate operations and play a key role in securing consistent collaboration productivity and information flow.
The new product also includes a variety of features. "K-Bot" supports Q&A, screen descriptions, document creation, and data entry within ERP. Along with optical character recognition (OCR)-based data entry, it reflects user requests in real time to reduce repetitive tasks. AI enables more precise task assistance. The low-code/no-code-based "FlexStudio" connects directly to ERP and databases so client companies can build order management apps or time and attendance apps in a short period.
Targeting sales sites, "K-Smart Salesman" processes orders, inventory, and sales in real time via mobile to resolve data disconnects between headquarters and the field. "EVERIN," which provides HR, attendance, and payroll management services, and the employee-centered module "EVERON People" increase HR transparency and engagement so individuals can manage their own HR data. By embedding MES functions within ERP, it also strengthens linkage with manufacturing sites. Production planning, work orders, quality control, and inbound/outbound data are synchronized with ERP in real time to bridge the gap between field operations and management.
CEO Kwon said, "YoungLimWon Soft-Lab has experience directly launching ERP for seven industries, and based on an architecture that can be detached at the process unit, customized adoption is possible for clients," adding, "The newly unveiled K-System I&I is also designed with a modular structure so corporations can adopt it step by step as needed." He added, "Thanks to an architecture separated by process units, clients can add or replace specific functions at the time they want, and AI application can also be expanded at this module unit."
YoungLimWon Soft-Lab also presented future growth targets. CEO Kwon said, "Sales grew from the 40 billion won range to the 50 billion won range the year before last, and to the 60 billion won range last year," adding, "In the long term, we aim to achieve $100 million (about 140 billion won) in sales by 2030." He added, "In particular, as we are expanding our on-premise ERP business focusing on Japan and Southeast Asia, we expect full-fledged results to appear from 2027 to 2028."
