NC AI said on the 23rd that it will participate in the worldwide game exhibition "Tokyo Game Show 2025" in Japan for four days starting Sept. 25.
At this exhibition, NC AI will unveil the "Varco AI series," which maximizes game production efficiency, including ▲ "Varco 3D," an automatic 3D model generation solution based on text and images ▲ "Varco Syncface," which implements real-time lip sync, facial expressions, and emotions ▲ "Varco Sound," which automatically produces background music, sound effects, and character voices.
"Varco 3D" supports mesh and texture creation, remeshing, and animation integration, shortening the 3D production process that used to take more than four weeks to around 10 minutes. It is being recognized as an innovative technology that can be applied immediately to next-generation platforms such as VR and AR.
"Varco Syncface" supports multiple languages, including Korean, English, and Japanese, and automatically generates a character's lip sync, facial expressions, and emotions using only voice. It can create immersive digital characters without separate manual work, making it useful for game, animation, and digital human production.
"Varco Sound" automatically generates background music and sound effects when text or images are entered. It can quickly realize original sound design beyond the limitations of existing libraries, allowing broad application from indie titles to AAA blockbusters.
These technologies are the result of the Generative AI Pioneering Talent Development program by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Institute of Information & Communications Technology Planning & Evaluation (IITP), and will be used as domestic educational materials reflecting on-site feedback from Tokyo Game Show.
Using this exhibition as a springboard, NC AI plans to engage with Japanese indie game studios, academia, and global publishers, pursuing research collaboration and commercial projects.
