Samsung Electronics said it will launch the "appliance cabinet remodel service" on the 23rd for customers purchasing appliances who need custom cabinetry.
For the "appliance cabinet remodel service," Samsung Logitech's official partner specializing in furniture remodeling will provide a tailored service that covers removing existing cabinetry, construction, product installation, and after-sales care to fit the appliances customers purchased.
The eligible items are refrigerators, dishwashers, microwave ovens, and ovens, and the scope will expand to washer-dryers and robot vacuum cleaners in the future.
A dedicated installation team with strong product expertise will complete the work within an average of seven days and provide a one-year after-sales warranty. For upper-cabinet sagging, free after-sales service will be provided for up to five years.
A dedicated call center will handle everything from consultation to construction and after-sales care, and pre-measurement and consultation are offered free of charge.
Customers can choose among the "basic type," which installs only the appliance; the "storage type," which adds cabinets; and the "home bar type," which completes a moody interior.
The installed cabinetry uses eco-friendly EO-grade materials for peace of mind.
