MARBLEX, a blockchain specialist corporations and a subsidiary of Netmarble, said on the 23rd that it plans to launch within the year an NFT project using Kodansha's globally popular IP "The Seven Deadly Sins."
The project has been prepared as new content for "NFT Adventure," an IP-based experiential service operated by MARBLEX. MARBLEX plans to combine globally popular IP with blockchain technology to create new types of content and provide users with a differentiated experience.
Kodansha's "The Seven Deadly Sins" is a mega hit with more than 55 million copies sold worldwide. Earlier, Netmarble collaborated with Kodansha to release the mobile RPG "The Seven Deadly Sins: GRAND CROSS," which reached 70 million downloads worldwide, and the new open-world action RPG "The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin"** is currently taking global pre-registrations.
A MARBLEX official said, "We plan to unveil innovative blockchain content within the year using Kodansha's 'The Seven Deadly Sins' IP, which has been validated in the global market," and added, "Through this, we will not only expand the MARBLEX ecosystem but also secure unrivaled competitiveness in the global Web3 market."
