Devsisters said on the 23rd that the trading card game (TCG) "Cookie Run: Braverus Card Game" (hereinafter Cookie Run Card Game) surpassed 25 million cards in cumulative distribution contracts in North America.
Cookie Run Card Game sold out its initial shipment right after entering the United States and Canada in Jul., and secured additional supply of more than 10 million cards through Oct., successfully establishing itself in the local market. It then locked in product supply plans through Dec. this year, achieving over 25 million cards in cumulative distribution contracts roughly two months after its local launch.
Alongside this, The Toy Insider, a North American toy specialty media outlet, named five Cookie Run Card Game starter decks as one of its "Top Holiday Toys," announced last week. The Toy Insider is a leading North American toy platform that provides news on the latest products such as toys and expert reviews. For 20 years, it has selected products based on professional evaluations including play value, originality, and fun, earning high trust in the related industry.
Cookie Run Card Game has received positive reviews for its easy and intuitive gameplay, diverse strategies using color-coded card decks, and Cookie Run illustrations that appeal across all age groups. Noted as a new TCG with a casual yet original appeal, it has drawn strong interest from players, while also bringing family visitors to offline experience events.
Devsisters also said it will begin online sales through Amazon for Western regions such as Europe and South America that are showing interest in Cookie Run Card Game, in addition to North America. Together with local distributor ACD Distribution, it plans to open online orders for all products, including the second booster pack set "Age of Heroes and Kingdoms," which is scheduled to launch on the 10th of next month.
