Hancom said on the 22nd that it will hold the "Smart Work with AI 2025" seminar in four major regions nationwide, starting in Busan on the 23rd, then Gwangju on the 30th, Sejong on Oct. 14, and Seoul on Oct. 16.
This seminar was planned to present the latest technology trends and practical strategies for using document data to officials at public institutions and corporations considering AI transformation (AX). With the recent announcement of the government's "Korea AI Action Plan," adopting AI has emerged as a key task across the public and private sectors. However, while many organizations agree on the need to adopt AI, they face difficulties with concrete methodologies for how to use their vast document data in line with the AI era.
Through these regional seminars, Hancom plans to offer clear answers to these concerns. The seminar consists of four sessions: ▲ ways to use generative AI for efficiency and innovation at work ▲ Hancom's AI solutions that complete the document ecosystem ▲ real-world use cases of AI and big data platforms ▲ the latest paper and paperless technology trends and cases of building innovation by sector.
In particular, the seminar will demonstrate concrete methods and real success stories for converting document assets accumulated within institutions and corporations into AI training data and, through this, maximizing work productivity, using Hancom's AI technologies concentrated in "Hancom Dataloader," "Hancompedia," and "Hancom Assistant."
Hancom CEO Kim Yeon-su said, "Competitiveness in the AI era depends not just on introducing AI technologies, but on how well an organization uses its data assets," and added, "We hope this nationwide seminar helps close the gap in the latest AI technologies and information that had been concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area and provides practical help for corporations and institutions in the regions to establish successful AI transition strategies."
