Architect: Land of Exile (hereafter Architect) will be officially released on Oct. 22, the company said on the 18th.
DRIMAGE and Aquatree revealed the launch date through the online showcase "Archifact" held on the 17th, and introduced the game's core content and operation direction. The developers cited as Architect's differentiators: ▲ lively characters in harmony with the worldbuilding ▲ a seamless world ▲ original play such as flight and gliding ▲ a variety of content including cooperative dungeons and ancient ruins quizzes.
The flagship PvE content, "Flood" and "Great Flood," was also unveiled. Flood occurs randomly across the entire field, while Great Flood is a large-scale event that engulfs the world at specific times, prompting competition and cooperation between servers. Architect will adopt a single-channel structure to provide uninterrupted immersion.
The showcase also announced the cooperative dungeon "Rift," the large-scale content "Giant's Tower," and the mass battle "Shin Stone Conquest." In addition, the business model (BM) was designed to reduce user burden, and the operation policy, the company said, focuses on "zero tolerance for illicit farming operations" and "strengthening communication with users."
Jeong Woo-yong, CEO of DRIMAGE, said, "Architect is the result of a challenge to present a new benchmark," adding, "We will improve its completeness through launch and establish it as an MMORPG loved for a long time."
