INNORULES, an AX (AI transformation) specialist, said on the 18th that it was selected as a "2025 Seoul-type strong small corporation."
The Seoul-type strong small corporation program is a system in which the Seoul Metropolitan Government certifies outstanding small and medium corporations in the city based on criteria such as work-life balance organizational culture, employment stability, and welfare benefits. This year, a total of 149 corporations applied, recording a competition rate of 3.1 to 1, and 48 corporations were finally selected. INNORULES earned high marks for its family-friendly policies and stable employment structure.
INNORULES supports employees' work-life balance by operating a variety of welfare programs, including ▲ flexible work arrangements ▲ resort facility operations ▲ health checkup expense support ▲ education expense support ▲ long-service leave and awards ▲ early-leave Fridays on the last Friday of each month (Family Day). Thanks to these efforts, it was also selected as a "youth-friendly strong small corporation" by the Ministry of Employment and Labor for five consecutive years from 2020 through last year.
Jang In-su, CEO of INNORULES, said, "Being selected as a Seoul-type strong small corporation is significant in that our corporate culture and stability have been recognized," and added, "We will build an environment where employees can work happily by improving existing welfare policies and introducing new systems."
INNORULES declared its transition to an AX corporation last year and has focused on related technology and product development, while maintaining revenue growth and profitability in its results for the first half of this year.
