Xiaomi Korea said on the 18th that it will simultaneously open the second and third locations of its official offline store, "Xiaomi Store," at Seoul's Guui Station and Magok Station on the 27th. The newly opening "NC East Pole Guui" and "One Grove" locations are integrated stores that combine direct sales and after-sales service (A/S), just like the first location at Yeouido's IFC Mall.
At the stores, customers can experience a wide range of Xiaomi products in one place, including smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, TVs, vacuum cleaners, home appliances, and smart IoT (Internet of Things) devices. Through this, consumers can directly experience Xiaomi's smart ecosystem strategy that connects people, cars, and homes.
To mark the store openings and the Chuseok holiday, Xiaomi Korea will run a big sale promotion on Mi.com and the Mi Store app through Sept. 12. Depending on the purchase item, benefits include free pad covers, backpacks, and photo paper, as well as price discounts, with points and coupons also offered.
Meanwhile, at 8 p.m. on the 28th, Xiaomi will unveil in the Korean market new products including the premium smartphone "Xiaomi 15T Pro." This is the first case in which Korea has been included among the first-wave launch countries in the smartphone category following the global release. Xiaomi's first flagship mini tablet, "Xiaomi Pad mini," and the open-ear earphone category, being introduced in Korea for the first time, will also be showcased.
A Xiaomi Korea official said, "It is significant that we are expanding domestic offline touchpoints and unveiling premium new products to the global market simultaneously with Korea," adding, "We will continue to expand touchpoints with consumers going forward."
