CJ OliveNetworks said on the 16th that it will launch open recruitment for new employees for the second half of 2025 to lead CJ Group's digital transformation.
The company will recruit new employees in 10 fields through the 24th: ▲ business systems ▲ software ▲ artificial intelligence (AI) ▲ data ▲ enterprise resource planning system (ERP System) ▲ security ▲ cloud services ▲ network services ▲ infrastructure services ▲ human resources.
Business systems engineers and software engineers are core areas of CJ OliveNetworks that build integrated systems and develop new platforms for CJ affiliates in food, retail, logistics, and entertainment. Business systems engineers handle groupwide business operation systems, while software engineers primarily manage customer-facing services and platform development.
This year, CJ OliveNetworks is strategically strengthening new technology fields such as AI and data and expanding related hiring. AI engineers will develop AI technologies using deep learning frameworks, productize natural language-based AI solutions, and build agent-based application services. Data engineers will build data platforms for CJ Group affiliates and manage data quality and security.
The hiring process consists of document screening, an AI competency test, role-specific tests and a personality test, first- and second-round interviews, and an internship. Applicants who pass the second-round interview will complete a three-week internship, after which final acceptance will be confirmed in Jan. 2026.
CJ OliveNetworks will hold two online recruiting briefings on the 17th and 19th with recruiters and senior employees from each role. In particular, it has newly prepared a small-group session for the live audio "CJ ONS ON AIR" to improve job understanding and help applicants prepare.
