LG Electronics said on the 15th that it launched the new wireless earbuds "Xboom Buds Plus" and "Xboom Buds Lite," expanding its product lineup.
LG Electronics segmented features and prices so customers can choose a model that fits their tastes and lifestyles, completing a three-model lineup: Xboom Buds, which delivers premium performance in the 100,000-won range; Xboom Buds Plus, which maintains the price range while enhancing premium sound, connectivity, and hygiene; and Xboom Buds Lite, which is available at a more affordable price.
Xboom Buds Plus features "adaptive EQ," which automatically optimizes sound quality based on the shape of the user's ear and wearing condition. It also reduces external noise with active noise canceling (ANC). In the dedicated LG xboom Buds app, users can also run an ANC fit test.
The charging case supports a "plug and wireless" feature, enabling wireless connectivity even with devices such as airplane seat monitors or treadmills that do not support Bluetooth. With wireless charging and a long battery life of up to 30 hours, it provides a hygienic and convenient user experience. The shipping price is 199,000 won.
Xboom Buds Lite is an entry model with a shipping price of 99,000 won. It supports mild ANC suitable for indoor environments and is optimized for customers who prioritize value for money. It also supports four preset EQs (standard, bass boost, voice enhance, immersive) and two custom EQs for sound tuning.
It also offers a multipoint feature that can connect simultaneously to various devices such as smartphones, laptops, and TVs, along with an easy user experience through the LG xboom Buds app. An ergonomic design and ear hooks provide a secure fit even during extended wear, and with up to 35 hours of battery life and IPX4-rated water resistance for everyday use, it can be used conveniently in daily life.
