Imweb, a website solution company, said on the 14th it will hold a contest to select the "AI tool usage champion" for developers to spread a culture of using artificial intelligence (AI). From September to November, for about three months, it plans to award the top three developers based on actual usage data such as code usage volume.
All employees, including developers, can freely use a variety of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, and Perplexity. Imweb distributed an "AI prompt guide" that includes prohibiting the input of sensitive information, blocking authentication information, and copyright cautions to protect data, and prepared configuration guides to block data sharing for each tool.
Kim Hyeong-seop, Imweb chief technology officer (CTO), said, "We will actively drive customer business growth by integrating AI across our products going forward."
