KT announced on the 4th that it held a job fair with participants from the 7th class of AIVLE School at the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
AIVLE School is KT's flagship practical training program for artificial intelligence (AI) talent development. Corporations including KT, BC Card, KT Cloud, KT SAT, and KT Sports, along with global set-top box manufacturer Marssys, large language model (LLM) solution provider Allganize, and industrial AI solution company Easy AI participated in the event.
Corporations consulted with graduates on various recruitment needs, including data analysis, planning, finance, and marketing using AI, as well as AI solution development.
KT is enhancing its curriculum by consolidating practical know-how for the training of AI talent. Starting with the 7th class, it is particularly strengthening practical capabilities in AI and cloud-based service development and consulting.
In addition, it is providing opportunities for actual participation in AI projects, such as the Palantir project internship program for graduates. Since the graduation of the first class in 2022, more than 500 graduates from AIVLE School have been hired by corporations.
