On the 3rd, Samsung Electronics announced that it has opened a Business Experience Studio (BES), an artificial intelligence (AI)-based business-to-business (B2B) experience space, at the "King Square" complex shopping mall located in Bangkok, Thailand.
The newly opened BES in Thailand is a showroom of 898㎡ (approximately 270 pyeong) in size, making it the largest Samsung Electronics showroom in Southeast Asia. The Thailand BES, designed to target the Southeast Asia B2B market, features a total of 10 commercial facility concept exhibition spaces, including a smart home, air conditioning showroom, control room (climate solutions), retail (signage), and meeting rooms.
It also offers expert consultation services aimed at providing integrated AI solutions optimized for corporate environments.
Visitors can see Samsung Electronics' latest home appliances, air conditioners, TVs, displays, and mobile devices.
In July, Samsung Electronics also opened experience-type showrooms in key regions of South Asia and Latin America, as well as in Singapore, providing customized solutions for corporate clients.
Additionally, last month, it opened an India BES with an area of 595㎡ (approximately 180 pyeong) at "Oberoi Kommerz-II" located in Goregaon East, Mumbai. The India BES is the second B2B experience space after the "Executive Briefing Center" opened in the Gurugram area of India.
