Naver Cloud announced on the 1st that it successfully concluded the hackathon 'AI Potenday' based on HyperCLOVA X (HCX).
'AI Potenday,' now in its 4th iteration this year, is a hackathon co-hosted by Naver Cloud and the IT (Information Technology) project platform B-Side. From the 1st to the 20th of last month, a total of 20 teams composed of office workers, university students, and aspiring developers participated, proposing various services to solve real-life problems based on HyperCLOVA X.
Various models of HyperCLOVA X were utilized in this hackathon. ▲Lightweight model HCX DASH ▲Upgraded flagship model HCX-003 ▲Text and image dual-processing model HCX VISION ▲Inference-specialized model HCX THINK were supported.
The final victory was claimed by the 'LaundriLeader' team. The service proposed by the LaundriLeader team captures clothing labels and photos, allowing the HCX VISION model to extract laundry information and recognize the type, material, and color of clothing to provide realistic laundry guides. It also showcased real-time laundry Q&A chatbot responses and a laundry basket grouping service that groups similar laundry items using Clova Studio and the HCX THINK and HCX DASH models.
