LG CNS held an 'AX Media Day' on the 25th at the Convergence Hall of the LG Science Park in Magok, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and unveiled its corporate agentic (Agentic, AI that makes autonomous judgments to achieve goals) 'AgenticWorks' and the work innovation service 'a:xink'.
According to LG CNS, 'AgenticWorks' is the only domestic modular platform comprising six types that supports the entire process of designing, building, operating, and managing artificial intelligence (AI) services. Corporations can select only the necessary functions to use.
The main modules include ▲ a coding environment 'Builder' for professional developers ▲ a no-code development environment 'Studio' that can be used by general employees ▲ a 'Knowledge Lake' that collects and refines documents and data to enhance usability ▲ a 'Hub' that connects AI with existing corporate systems like ERP and CRM ▲ a 'Refiner' that optimizes specialized models by industry ▲ a 'Router' that automatically selects the best AI model based on the business scenario. This ensures that not only developers but also non-developers can easily create AI services, enhancing the efficiency of adoption as corporations can selectively apply only the necessary functions for enterprise operations.
'AgenticWorks' was developed based on the 'DAP GenAI platform', which has already been validated in financial and public sectors, in collaboration with the global AI company Cohere. LG CNS utilizes its experience from over 500 AX (AI transformation) projects to provide AI models specialized by industry and value chain. When applied to human resources, it can analyze tens of thousands of self-introductions during the recruitment process and automatically generate tailored interview questions, boosting productivity by 26%. In the finance sector, it supports risk management through business expense fluctuation detection and report provision.
The platform enhanced connectivity with existing corporate systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A), various systems and AI agents can be easily connected without complex integration coding. LG CNS also equipped its AI security solution 'SecureXpert AI', enabling preemptive blocking of sensitive information leaks, detection of intrusion threats, and automated responses.
LG CNS also unveiled the work innovation service 'a:xink' for enhancing employee experience. This service, a combination of 'AX (AI transformation)', 'EX (employee experience)', and 'Think', is characterized by its ability to immediately transform employees' daily tasks such as scheduling, meetings, emails, and translation into an AI-based format. It summarizes important emails and schedules and provides voice guidance, as well as supports real-time translation during meetings, minutes writing, and task registration. It also offers a customized UI by analyzing the user's work patterns.
As a result of gradually applying a:xink, LG Display confirmed an average productivity increase of 10% and cost savings of more than 10 billion won annually. It aims to increase productivity by over 30% within the next three years.
Hyun Sin-kyun, president of LG CNS, noted, 'Agentic AI is an innovative technology that actively analyzes and coordinates corporate operations beyond simple repetition and supports decision-making.' He added, 'As the leading AX specialist corporation in the country, LG CNS will continue to create the entire process of AI transformation for our customers.'
