IGLOO Corporation announced on the 21st that it has acquired two patents for security monitoring that improve the speed and accuracy of responding to security threats.
The patents acquired this time aim to enhance the efficiency of security operations and the accuracy of analyzes. Through the maintenance of security analysis rule conditions, it minimizes false positives and false negatives while allowing users to intuitively confirm the status, history, and detection results of security analysis rules. Additionally, by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI)-based automation technology to analyze large amounts of security data in real time, it can increase the speed of threat response.
IGLOO Corporation is continuously enhancing its security monitoring capabilities by integrating AI, automation (SOAR), and attack surface management (ASM) technologies. Clients can introduce security monitoring (MSS) or managed detection and response (MDR) services in various formats—onsite, remote, or hybrid—based on expert assessments of their respective information technology (IT) environments, security requirements, and potential threat factors, thereby maintaining a stable security posture.
Lee Deok-Cheon, CEO of IGLOO Corporation, noted, "Today, corporations and institutions face cyber threats that can have a long-term impact on their organizational reputation and customer trust," and added, "Based on IGLOO Corporation's unique and differentiated security monitoring capabilities, we will support the establishment of a proactive 'defend-predict-respond' system."
