On the 19th, the global short-form video platform TikTok announced that it had signed a business agreement with JB Financial Group on the 14th to activate the foreign customer-targeted living finance platform "Bravo Korea."
According to the agreement, TikTok and JB Financial will promote creator content production and joint campaigns to enhance Bravo Korea membership registration, as well as marketing consulting for JB Financial affiliates and global collaboration. Through this, they plan to enhance the accessibility of Bravo Korea for foreign customers and build a global digital financial ecosystem that connects domestic and foreign customers.
TikTok will provide tailored marketing solutions for Bravo Korea based on its content competitiveness and brand marketing know-how accumulated through its global user base. To enhance Bravo Korea's membership registration, it will support creator content production every month and conduct sophisticated digital marketing tailored to different target users by segmenting the diverse users within the platform.
Additionally, through content collaboration, they will build the brand identity of Bravo Korea and launch campaigns to strengthen brand awareness through planning online and offline events, creator participation on-site, and short-form video production. Furthermore, they will support marketing consulting for JB Financial affiliates and new overseas marketing, and plan to strengthen the cooperative system by linking the global partnership networks held by both companies.
Matt Lin, general manager of TikTok Korea's Global Business Solutions (GBS), noted, "TikTok connects brands and customers based on short-form content with a community of more than 1 billion people worldwide, contributing to achieving corporations' business goals," and added, "I hope that through this collaboration, a new and innovative digital financial ecosystem, combining TikTok's global influence and JB Financial's financial infrastructure, will be established."
Baek Jong-il, president of JB Financial Group's Jeonbuk Bank, said, "The content dissemination power and platform influence of TikTok will create great synergy in expanding Bravo Korea's foreign customer base," and stated, "We will continue to strengthen the consolidation with domestic and foreign customers through ongoing cooperation."
