Xiaomi Korea announced on the 18th that it has launched the 'Redmi Pad 2' in the domestic market.
The Redmi Pad 2 provides an excellent visual and auditory experience for watching videos, gaming, and reading, featuring an 11-inch 2.5K resolution display, four Dolby Atmos® supported speakers, and a 9000mAh large-capacity battery. Its compatibility with Xiaomi smartphones has been enhanced through the latest Xiaomi HyperOS 2, and it supports various consolidation features, including multi-screen collaboration.
The product is released in a 4GB/128GB model priced at 219,800 won and an 8GB/256GB model at 269,800 won, available for purchase at the official Xiaomi online store and the IFC Mall in Yeouido, Seoul. Customers who purchase by Sept. 14 will receive a free pad cover, and the Redmi Smart Pen is offered at a discounted price of 10% off.
The Redmi Pad 2 features a 9000mAh battery that enables up to 17 hours of video playback and offers a MediaTek Helio G100 ultra processor with expandable storage of up to 2TB. Additionally, it supports smooth compatibility with smartphones, powered by software based on Xiaomi HyperOS 2.
The design is an all-metal unibody that is lightweight and sturdy, and it will be available in three color options: graphite gray, mint green, and lavender purple. Additional accessories include the Redmi Smart Pen and a dedicated cover.
