DRIMAGE (formerly HYBE IM) announced on the 8th that it has confirmed the title of the PvP (player versus player) game 'Project Torch' as 'Arkheron' in collaboration with Bonfire Studios.
DRIMAGE secured the publishing rights for the Korean and Japanese regions of 'Bonfire' after signing a publishing distribution agreement with Bonfire Studios in January.
'Arkheron' is an online team-based PvP game set in a dark and surreal world. DRIMAGE and Bonfire Studios plan to release detailed information and the first gameplay footage next month, starting with this title reveal. This fall, they aim to enhance the game's quality by conducting various user tests, including a focus group test (FGT) targeting PC users in the Asia region.
Bonfire Studios is a game development company co-founded in 2016 by Rob Pardo, Nick Carpenter, and Kim Min, who participated in the production of Blizzard's 'StarCraft,' 'Overwatch,' and 'Diablo' series.
