ESTsoft, along with its subsidiary ESTaid, announced on the 4th that it has been selected as one of five elite teams to participate in the Ministry of Science and ICT's 'Independent Artificial Intelligence (AI) Basic Model' project and has joined the consortium led by the LG AI Research Institute.
This project aims to create a national-level super-large AI ecosystem, with the goal of developing world-class universal AI foundation models and expanding them into various industries. ESTsoft was included in the elite team, recognized for its commercialization capabilities based on its super-large language model (LLM), 'Allen LLM.'
ESTsoft and ESTaid will leverage their respective technologies within the consortium to build a national AX life cycle ecosystem, utilizing AI search, AI browser, and AI human technologies. In particular, it is noted that they have demonstrated their service competitiveness by fully applying AI search for the first time in the domestic portal Zum.
ESTsoft has secured a robust commercial service foundation, including 'Altools,' used by 25 million people, the portal Zum, which has 7 million monthly users, and the global AI SaaS 'PERSO.ai,' which has an overseas market share of 80%.
With this project, ESTsoft plans to focus on developing application models and service solutions tailored to various utilization scenarios in both government and private sectors.
