On the 4th, Samsung Electronics announced that it will exclusively broadcast the 20th anniversary concert of the global pop band Jonas Brothers live through Samsung TV Plus on the 11th.
Samsung Electronics will conduct this live broadcast in 17 countries worldwide, including Korea, the United States, and France, to enhance its competitiveness in the global live streaming market for music content and to solidify the leadership of Samsung TV Plus on the global FAST platform.
The Jonas Brothers, a global pop group consisting of brothers Nick, Joe, and Kevin, have achieved over 20 million album sales and have reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard charts.
Through this live broadcast, Samsung Electronics aims to support the Jonas Brothers, who are celebrating their 20th anniversary, in providing a special interaction that transcends physical space for fans worldwide.
Samsung Electronics will live stream a total of five performances through Samsung TV Plus, starting with the concert at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, USA, on Aug. 11, followed by shows on Sept. 1 in Texas, Oct. 13 in Wisconsin, Oct. 27 in Florida, and Nov. 10 in New York.
The Jonas Brothers said, "This tour is a chance to share memories with the fans who have been with us so far," adding, "We are happy to be able to connect with all our fans around the world through the live broadcast on Samsung TV Plus."
