NHN announced on the 1st that it has started public recruitment for new and experienced positions in the game business institutional sector for 2025.
This recruitment targets talents who can excel in various genres, including web board, casual, mid-core, and subculture, and will be conducted on a large scale across all job positions related to games, including development, planning, art, and business. NHN has secured excellent talent each year through public recruitment in the game business institutional sector, and this year is also focused on talent acquisition to support game business with upcoming new releases and global expansion.
Document submission will be conducted from the 1st to the 17th through the game recruitment website within NHN Careers. A live recruitment briefing is scheduled for 8 p.m. on August 6, and an opportunity for real-time communication with current employees will also be provided through advance question applications.
New applicants will be hired in October after passing document and interview screening, with a separate pre-test conducted for the development positions. Experienced candidates will be hired sequentially depending on the results of the screening.
Kim Sang-ho, head of NHN's game business division, noted, "We view public recruitment as an important process for discovering talents who will shape the future game market, and we have been consistently conducting public recruitment every year in the industry." He added, "We expect a lot of applications from capable talents who will create a new tomorrow together on the global stage."
