Saltlux announced on the 31st that it has won the contract for the 'Artificial Intelligence (AI) Digital Labor Committee (Intelligent Services) Establishment Phase 1 Project' promoted by the Central Labor Commission.
The overall project will be carried out over three years, totaling 3.6 billion won, and the Phase 1 project will proceed for 12 months with a scale of 1.5 billion won from the contract date.
This project is aimed at enhancing the existing investigation administrative system by utilizing digital new technologies such as AI. A representative from Saltlux noted, "As labor disputes are increasing and cases are becoming more complex and diverse, the introduction of a digital system to quickly process vast investigation materials with limited personnel has become crucial."
The Central Labor Commission aims to provide necessary information for judgments to researchers and commissioners in the first phase using AI, support communication between disputing parties in the second phase, and establish a digital labor administration foundation in the third phase, allowing parties to predict disputes in advance.
To address these challenges, Saltlux plans to develop a system focused on four key services: automatic generation of document drafts based on generative AI, establishment of an intelligent search system, automatic analysis of documents and audio materials, and interactive consulting chatbots.
Lee Kyung-il, the representative of Saltlux, said, "Digital transformation is essential to respond to the increasingly complex labor environment," and added, "Saltlux will enhance the efficiency and fairness of investigation administration based on the experience and technology accumulated in the public AI sector, and realize services that citizens can truly feel."
