LG CNS announced on the 31st that it has obtained the 'Build AI Apps on Microsoft Azure Specialization' certification from Microsoft (MS).
With this certification, LG CNS has become the only corporation in Korea to have obtained all generative AI specialized certifications from the three global cloud service providers: MS, AWS, and Google Cloud, according to the company. This certification is granted after passing a third-party audit and meeting various criteria, including business achievements and technological capabilities in design, construction, and operation of AI applications based on the Microsoft Cloud Platform Azure, as well as customer success stories and employee competency enhancement.
LG CNS has been carrying out large-scale artificial intelligence (AI) projects utilizing Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Azure App Services across various industries, including manufacturing, finance, and public sectors, establishing its technological expertise and reliability through a group of globally certified professionals.
Additionally, it operates various collaborative programs in the AI and cloud fields with MS and showcased industry-specific generative AI application cases at the 'Microsoft AI Tour in Seoul,' where it participated as a premier partner. Alongside this, it provides customized AI and cloud services through dedicated organizations like the 'MS Launch Center' and 'MS Cloud Team.'
LG CNS is implementing differentiated customer services by integrating technologies such as fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering into AI based on MS Azure. For instance, there are cases where it has contributed to enhancing work efficiency by applying generative AI-based intelligent search services to product design tasks at manufacturing Corporation A.
Previously, LG CNS was the first in Korea to receive AWS's 'Generative AI Competency' and the first in Asia to be certified as a 'Generative AI Specialized Corporation' by Google Cloud. LG CNS is expanding tailored services for customers based on a multi-engine strategy that allows flexible use of various AI models.
