The consortium led by SK Telecom, which participated in the government-sponsored 'Independent AI Foundation Model' construction competition, is collaborating with the JoongHyun Foundation.
According to SK Telecom on the 30th, the two institutions recently expressed their willingness to cooperate on the dissemination of results related to the consortium.
The JoongHyun Foundation is a private think tank equipped with accumulated expertise and an industry-academia-research network in various fields, including geopolitics, science and technology, and diplomacy/security.
The Korea Higher Education Foundation, a non-profit public interest foundation, has operated overseas study scholarship programs for over 50 years and has produced more than 1,000 talented individuals at prestigious universities around the world.
SK Telecom expects that the participation of both institutions will contribute to creating a virtuous cycle that adds talent development and policy implications to technology-centric projects, leading to the creation of social value.
