NC AI announced on the 25th that it will participate in the world's largest computer graphics event, 'SIGGRAPH 2025,' to be held in Vancouver, Canada, from the 10th to the 14th of next month, showcasing its advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
At this event, NC will share the potential for innovation in AI technology across all aspects of content production through demonstrations of 'VARCO Animation' and 'VARCO SyncFace.' VARCO Animation provides features that automatically generate character movements from text commands and consolidate transitions between motions naturally. Users can immediately utilize the generated motions on actual development platforms such as Unreal Engine.
Additionally, a natural language-based search and similar motion recommendation feature will also be unveiled. This technology finds motions suitable for actual actions, regardless of word descriptions, and is evaluated to surpass existing commercial services.
VARCO SyncFace is a technology that automatically generates lip-syncing and facial expressions using only voice. It enables multilingual emotional expressions and can naturally implement emotional flows and non-verbal expressions, making it practically applicable across various industries, including video production.
At SIGGRAPH, visitors will also have the opportunity to experience a demo where they can record their voice and see a character implement expressions and mouth shapes in real-time according to the recorded voice.
