Kakao Mobility announced on the 22nd that it has revamped its dedicated site 'Partner Place' for Kakao T service providers like taxis, private hires, and quick deliveries, and established a 'Participation Space' to enhance communication with partners.
This revamp was based on one year of operational experience since the launch of Partner Place in June last year, and it was designed to allow partners to share and exchange opinions in various forms such as suggestions, votes, and quizzes. The Participation Space includes a voting feature for partners to share various concerns or situations that arise during operation, as well as quiz content on traffic safety and operating rules.
Kakao Mobility plans to enhance support for providers by creating customized content based on the themes and ideas suggested by partners through the Participation Space.
A representative from Kakao Mobility said, 'Partners who primarily work alone, such as those in taxis and private hires, have few opportunities to interact with colleagues doing the same job.' They added, 'We decided to plan the Participation Space to strengthen communication by establishing a channel to collect partner opinions and to promote more effective collaboration through customized content creation.'
