LOTTE Innovate has launched a business-customized AI agent platform called 'iMember 3.0'.

LOTTE Innovate noted on the 20th that it held the 'LOTTE Artificial Intelligence (AI) Showcase 2025' at the LOTTE Hotel World on the 18th and unveiled iMember 3.0.

iMember 3.0 is an updated version that incorporates approximately one year of real-use feedback from within the LOTTE Group, reflecting the 2.0 version launched in August last year.

iMember 3.0 includes six agent services, such as AI assistant (chatbot), AI meeting minutes, Vision Studio (for image generation and editing), Voice Maker (for voice generation or synthesis), and Checkmate (for document checking and review).

In particular, the AI assistant feature has been structured to integrate with the MCP (standardizing interactions between models and external tools and data) server.

The AI assistant also utilizes retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology, enabling a large language model (LLM) to generate responses by searching for relevant information from external data sources.

By using retrieval-augmented generation technology, the LLM can generate precise and contextually relevant responses.

Additionally, the AI report agent has added a feature for automatic infographic generation considering visual aspects, in addition to the existing text-based reports.

Moreover, the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the iMember 3.0 platform have been significantly improved, and a security system optimized for corporations has been established.

LOTTE Innovate plans to expand the AX (Artificial Intelligence Transformation) platform across the entire business and provide customized services in the future.

LOTTE Innovate stated that in this process, it plans to actively expand AI agents specialized in consulting, development, and operations.

It will also aim to enhance competitiveness in the business-to-business (B2B) market and expand the platform's application range to domestic and international markets.

Kim Kyung-yeop, CEO of LOTTE Innovate, said, "Internally, we aim to expand our client base to 300 this year" and added, "We will do our best to ensure iMember grows into a representative AI platform for our country through continuous enhancement of AI technology."
