SK Telecom announced on the 7th that its artificial intelligence (AI) service 'adot' launched a beta version of the 'Note' service, which surpassed 300,000 cumulative users just one week after its release on the 30th of last month.
'Adot' note is a service where the AI records all moments that involve voice, providing users with the ability to transcribe and summarize voice in real time. After recording, users can select their desired template from ▲summarizing points ▲minutes ▲lecture notes, and the AI boasts a distinctive feature that easily organizes key information according to the selected purpose. This function has received a strong positive response from users.
In particular, the 'Note' service converts voice information into text in real time, allowing users to immediately check the recorded content even while recording. Additionally, through the 'real-time summary' feature, even if some details are missed during meetings, important parts are automatically summarized for review, making it beneficial for many users.
Looking at the usage distribution of the 'Note' service, the mobile app environment, including iOS and Android, accounts for 80%, while the PC web environment accounts for 20%, indicating overwhelmingly higher usage through the mobile app.
Users have shown positive reactions to the 'Note' service, leaving feedback such as, "It was inconvenient to have to record important points during meetings, but it was convenient to just share the automatically summarized results with the team," and, "Thanks to being able to check what I said in real time during interview practice and having it automatically organized, it helped me revisit my answers a lot."
Users have also requested additional features for the 'Note' service, including ▲diversification of templates ▲expansion of foreign language support ▲extension of recording time, and SK Telecom plans to reflect these opinions and release a more improved official version in the second half of the year.
