AhnLab's smartphone security solution V3 Mobile Security announced on the 1st that it has obtained certification from AV-TEST, a global security product performance testing organization.
V3 Mobile Security achieved perfect scores in all three evaluation categories: ▲diagnosis rate (malicious app detection ability) ▲performance (impact on smartphone performance during product execution) ▲usability (false positives of malicious apps) after participating in the AV-TEST institutional sector for Android vaccines in May of this year.
V3 Mobile Security has continuously participated in AV-TEST since 2013, and with this certification, it has achieved a total of 71 certifications. This is the highest record among smartphone security products in Korea.
Kim Chang-hee, Deputy Minister of AhnLab's Product Planning Department, said, "The fact that we have consistently received good evaluations from a credible assessment organization is the result of continuous research and development," and added, "We will continue to provide mobile security solutions that meet global standards to our users."
