HANSSAK announced on the 30th that it has consecutively supplied the integrated access control solution 'PassGuard AM' to a national research institution and two marine-related public organizations.
'PassGuard AM' is an all-in-one system security solution that integrates access control, account management, and password management, optimized for implementing the Zero Trust security model. It presents an effective response to the increasing need for security solutions as the limitations of existing security systems have become apparent due to digital transformation and the expansion of cloud infrastructure.
HANSSAK aims to enhance operational efficiency and management convenience by unifying access rights, user accounts, and password policies based on an integrated platform to eliminate management inefficiencies that may arise with the introduction of a single solution.
This solution supports a gateway-based policy linkage and a simple deployment environment through an agent-less method. Access control for operational server authorizers, multi-factor authentication (MFA), access history management, automatic password change control, and redundancy configuration ensure security and availability.
Moreover, it enables systematic security operations and audit responses through real-time visualization dashboards, scenario-based policy setting, and account lifecycle management functions, reliably meeting key domestic security certification standards such as ISMS, the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Information and Communication Network Act.
HANSSAK is continuously enhancing the functionalities of 'PassGuard AM' and pushing for its evolution into an integrated security platform through linkage with security information event management (SIEM) systems. In particular, it plans to create synergies through a total security service strategy linked with its own network security solutions.
Kim Young-san, the vice president of HANSSAK, noted, 'PassGuard AM has proven its technology and marketability by accumulating successful implementation cases, especially in the public sector.' He added, 'As integrated access control in the digital age has established itself as a key security strategy rather than just simple system management, we will further enhance product competitiveness through continuous technological investment and functional advancement.'
