KT Mmobile announced on the 30th that it has introduced the artificial intelligence (AI) counselor 'M-bot' to its customer service.
M-bot is an AI counseling system based on voice recognition technology. It is a service that can handle various tasks directly through voice without the need for consolidation with a counselor.
Previously, customers could only perform some simple tasks, such as checking billing amounts or applying for service suspension, through a 'pressing ARS' method by pressing buttons. However, with M-bot, users can handle more complex and diverse tasks such as bill payments, issuance of usage statements, and changes to plans with simple voice inquiries.
KT Mmobile is increasing the introduction of AI services, having launched the industry's first AI automatic opening service in June of last year and expanding its AI counseling services.
