Samsung Electronics announced the release of three new models of its 2025 smart monitor on the 25th.
Samsung Electronics showcased the M9 model, which utilizes an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panel for the first time in smart monitors.
The M9 features an OLED panel that delivers deep blacks and vivid colors. It has received "Pantone Color Validation" and "Pantone Skin Tone Validation" from the global color expert brand Pantone.
It incorporates Samsung's burn-in (screen burn) prevention technology, "Samsung OLED Safeguard+", allowing for use without concerns about burn-in.
It boasts a maximum refresh rate of 165Hz and a fast response time of 0.03ms, supporting "NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible" and "AMD FreeSync Premium Pro".
Samsung Electronics also launched the M8 with an iconic slim design and the M7, which combines a new moving stand to enhance portability.
The moving stand combined with the M7 is a new "L-shaped" arm-type moving stand called "Moving Stand Standard." The existing "I-shaped" moving stand has been renamed to "Moving Stand Light."
Samsung Electronics plans to sequentially introduce various moving style products that combine the new moving stand with TVs.
The three new 2025 smart monitor models come equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) features that enhance content viewing convenience.
They include AI features such as "AI Picture Optimization", which delivers optimal picture quality based on content type, and "Active Voice Pro", which analyzes voices, background sounds, and ambient noise to make dialogue clearer.
