Kakao Mobility announced on the 23rd that the cumulative views of the ride-sharing education content on the dedicated site 'PartnerPlace,' which was opened in June last year for taxi drivers and ride-sharing drivers, has exceeded 400,000 within a year.
It has been analyzed that providing education content related to safety, service quality enhancement, tax support, and business know-how, which are practical aids for ride-sharing drivers active nationwide, has been effective.
In particular, videos related to handling sudden situations and safety, such as 'advanced vehicle operation techniques,' 'how to respond in case of an accident,' and 'how to use personal mobility devices,' recorded high popularity. Additionally, content related to precautions before operation and health management also ranked high in views.
In the survey conducted by Kakao Mobility in March targeting about 5,600 ride-sharing drivers, positive evaluations continued, with comments like 'It seems that even beginners or elderly drivers can operate with confidence' and 'It feels like a communication channel has been established between the company and the drivers.'
A representative from Kakao Mobility's Partner Growth Support Team said, 'Ride-sharing is a representative area where various forms can be challenged, but unexpected situations often occur in the field,' and added, 'The online content structure, which can be referenced anytime and anywhere regardless of time and place, is receiving a good response.'
