Xiaomi announced on the 18th that it will open its first official offline store, 'Xiaomi Store,' on the 28th at the 2nd floor of IFC Mall in Yeouido, Seoul. This store is Korea's first integrated store combining Xiaomi's direct sales and after-sales (AS) services.
The store will showcase all categories of Xiaomi products, including smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, TVs, vacuum cleaners, and home appliances, in one space and implement a smart ecosystem strategy that achieves the consolidation of 'people × cars × homes.' It also features a consistent shopping experience and after-sales service linking online and offline.
The store is designed in a 60-pyeong size as an experiential showroom where consumers can directly use the products. AS services will also be provided in the store. Free shipping benefits and a delivery service within 48 hours will be offered for purchases over 15,000 won. For TV products, a 3-year warranty and free installation service will be provided to enhance customer satisfaction.
To celebrate the store opening, various promotions will be held over two days on June 28 and 29. For the first 400 customers who purchase over 50,000 won, a mobile phone stand or a laptop will be given, and those who spend over 100,000 won will receive a panda plush toy and an additional mobile phone stand. Customers can also participate in a lucky draw event where they can win Xiaomi products and the SU7 Ultra car model by completing missions in the store.
