NHN Data announced on the 18th that its Instagram Direct Message (DM) automation solution "Socialbiz" has surpassed 2,300 paid subscribers after one and a half years since its launch.
Since its release in January 2024, Socialbiz has provided various customized marketing functions centered on Instagram DM automation to respond to the demand for hyper-personalized marketing. So far, real user performance examples, such as followers, likes, and Reels view counts, have been accumulated, and the user base continues to grow steadily.
For example, there are cases where the follower count of an account using Socialbiz increased from 2,000 to 5,000, or Reels content was viewed more than 400,000 times. This data demonstrates improvements in marketing performance based on the synergistic effects of the Instagram algorithm.
Recently, NHN Data has also launched an influencer marketing agency service utilizing Socialbiz. The service area is expanding to include matching influencers with brands, creating campaign content, and analyzing performance. In particular, it emphasizes the objectivity and effectiveness of marketing by utilizing data analysis and technology-based performance measurement capabilities.
