Netmarble announced on the 17th that its content marketing subsidiary, MNBi, has collaborated with NongHyup Card to launch the "Kungya Fresh Check Card."
The "Kungya Fresh Check Card" comes in 2 designs, allowing users to select their favorite character for issuance, and provides various benefits including a 15% reward at traditional markets, a 0.2% reward at all merchant locations, and a 0.3% reward in daily life areas. The Kungya character with the highest issuance over the month will be selected as the official ambassador for NongHyup Card and will serve as a promotional ambassador in the future.
To celebrate this collaboration, various benefits have been prepared. First, the first 100,000 customers who issue the check card non-face-to-face will receive a limited edition sticker pack that can be used to decorate their cards. Non-face-to-face issuance of the check card can be done through NH Pay or the NongHyup Card website. Additionally, by commenting your favorite Kungya support message on the official Kungya Restaurants Instagram by July 1st, you will have a chance to win a plush standing doll of that Kungya in a lottery for a total of 20 people.
"Kungya Restaurants" is a spinoff brand of "Kungya" based on the intellectual property (IP) developed by MNBi. It was introduced on Instagram, showcasing the stories of Kungyas living in 2022, and currently has 160,000 followers, continuing to enjoy great popularity among the MZ generation.
