ESTsoft, a specialized company in artificial intelligence (AI) services, announced on the 17th that it has officially launched its self-developed large language model (LLM) "Allen LLM," completing the LLM productization and beginning full-scale service provision.
The Allen LLM is an open-source based model specialized in report generation and reasoning based on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), reflecting the know-how of the currently serviceable AI search engine Allen. For this purpose, it demonstrates strong performance in advanced fact-checking, filtering and ranking optimization of search results, agent execution planning, tool invocation, and understanding Korean context.
With the launch of its own model, ESTsoft has established itself as a corporation that simultaneously realizes technological internalization and practical productization. Especially by developing its own LLM optimized for AI search engines, it has built an independent technological ecosystem for agentic AI services and plans to take on the government-led super-large AI development project "World Best LLM (WBL)."
The advanced environment of the Allen LLM is expected to work very favorably for ESTsoft's LLM commercialization and WBL participation. This is because it has already been equipped with Allen LLM in its AI search engine service and is scheduled for expanded application to external projects. Through this, it plans to provide specifications tailored to various service environments and rapidly raise the performance and efficiency of Allen LLM to commercially available global LLM levels.
ESTsoft has configured the Allen LLM from ultra-large models for data centers to lightweight models for on-device use. It has been designed to be flexibly applicable from the outset to various business environments and service scales.
