KRAFTON announced on the 15th that it has participated for the first time in the publisher discount event taking place on the global game distribution platform Steam, revealing various title discounts along with upcoming releases.
This Steam publisher discount marks KRAFTON and its affiliated creative studios' first large-scale discount campaign. A total of 17 games available on Steam are eligible for discounts, and some games will be discounted for the first time since their release.
The life simulation game "inZOI" sold 1 million copies within a week of its early access release on Steam last March, and it will be available for the first time at a 10% discount during this event. The survival life simulation "Dinkum" achieved the silver rating of "Game of the Month" upon its official release on Steam last April, and it will be subject to a 20% discount.
Unknown Worlds will offer a 33% discount on four titles, including "Subnautica," while Striking Distance Studios will apply discounts of 85% and 30% to "The Callisto Protocol" and "REDACTED," respectively. 5minLab will include major games such as "Private Military Manager," and Flyway Games will participate with titles like "Commander Quest," while Rellew Games will feature "Uncover the Smoking Gun."
"PUBG: Battlegrounds," which recorded the highest concurrent player count of 3.25 million on Steam after its early access launch in 2017, will offer the "Summer Ready Pack" as a free DLC, which includes four summer-themed costume items, supply loot, hunter boxes, and BP, in conjunction with this discount event.
KRAFTON also unveiled major anticipated releases during this event. These include Dream Motion's adventure game "My Little Puppy," EF Games' "Rivals Hover League," which is set to preview its first demo in July, and the action shooting game "Pizza Bandit," which recently joined KRAFTON.
KRAFTON's Steam publisher discount will take place from 2 a.m. on the 13th to 1:59 a.m. on the 27th, Korean time, over a period of two weeks.
