On the 26th, the Chinese home appliance corporations Roborock announced the launch of the world's first premium robot vacuum cleaner 'Saros Z70,' equipped with a 5-axis robotic arm.
The new product features a foldable 5-axis robotic arm 'OmniGrip,' which is equipped with precision sensors, cameras, and light-emitting diodes (LED) lighting to help the robot identify the position, surrounding environment, and weight of objects it wants to pick up.
It can carry everyday items weighing up to 300g, such as socks, tissues, and slippers, to designated locations.
In addition to the 108 pre-learned objects, it can learn up to 50 additional new objects through AI-based user customization.
The Saros Z70 features an ultra-slim design with a thickness of 7.98 cm, allowing for easy cleaning in low spaces such as under furniture, as well as a hyperforce suction power of 22,000 Pa, a dual tangling prevention system, and a dual rotating mop function.
Moreover, it has an adaptive height adjustment feature that adjusts the brush, mop, and main body height according to the cleaning environment, and a chassis lift system that raises the front wheels, allowing it to navigate thresholds of up to 4 cm.
Additionally, it supports a multi-functional docking station 4.0, equipped with automatic dust emptying, 80℃ hot water mop washing, 80℃ hot water dock self-cleaning, 55℃ hot air drying, 2 hours and 30 minutes fast charging, and an automatic detergent dispenser.
