LG Electronics' U.S. subsidiary announced on the 14th that employees installed over 150 handmade birdhouses in front of the company and employees' homes as part of local ecosystem preservation activities.
LG Electronics explained that the birdhouses are intended to serve as a refuge for birds that have lost their habitats in urban areas.
Employees of LG Electronics' U.S. subsidiary also planted over 100 native plant species in the pollinator garden established at their North American headquarters in New Jersey. The pollinator garden is designed to provide a stable habitat for pollinators like bees and butterflies and has become the first garden by a Korean corporation to receive wildlife habitat certification from the National Wildlife Federation.
LG Electronics' Kazakhstan subsidiary recently held a lecture for over 300 university students at Kyrgyz National University (KNU) and National Technical University (KSTU) to share the value and meaning of its brand slogan, Life's Good.
Since redefining its brand direction and core values in 2023, LG Electronics has been conducting the Life's Good campaign around the world to promote the brand's authenticity and philosophy, expanding its positive influence.
Last year, the company launched a campaign to spread positive content using the content recommendation algorithm of social media services (SNS), garnering empathy from customers. Videos created in collaboration with influencers from around the world, capturing the value of Life's Good, spread through the algorithm and surpassed 1.8 billion views.
An LG Electronics official noted, "The Life's Good campaign is a journey that goes beyond a simple brand slogan, working with customers to create positive change," and added, "We will continue to contribute to a better life and a sustainable future through various activities around the world while consistently practicing LG Electronics' authentic brand philosophy."
