KT Commerce announced on the 8th that it will integrate the generative artificial intelligence (AI) price negotiation solution "Nego-Wiz" into its integrated purchasing agency service.
According to KT Commerce, the Nego-Wiz solution automates the entire price negotiation process between buyers and sellers based on AI. The AI analyzes real-time data, including the competitiveness of the product, past transaction information, and purchasing scale, while a conversational chatbot engages in negotiations.
