Samsung Electro-Mechanics announced on the 2nd that it will open three domestic business sites to employees and their families in celebration of Children's Day and hold a 'Family Day' event.
This event was organized to provide special memories for employees' families. The Suwon and Sejong business sites will take place on the 3rd, while the Busan business site will be held on the 5th, with more than 7,000 family members of Samsung Electro-Mechanics participating.
Samsung Electro-Mechanics will install a total of 11 types of attractions, including mini bumper cars, Vikings, and swing cars, and showcase programs such as traditional play experiences inspired by the drama 'Squid Game', a family OX quiz, a Happy Magic show, and a comedy mime show.
There are also plans to run experience booths where families can enjoy activities such as family photo shoots, face painting, and mug-making.
Samsung Electro-Mechanics is implementing family-friendly management by operating programs such as Children's Day events for employees' families, family movie days, and themed trips.
Park Bong-soo, head of the People Team at Samsung Electro-Mechanics (vice president), noted, 'In celebration of Children's Day, we have prepared various fun activities and food to express our gratitude to employees and their families,' and added, 'We hope this will be an opportunity to recharge while spending precious time with family.'
