Pearl Abyss announced on the 22nd that it has released a 'development update talk video' sharing the latest on the Black Desert development.
The video introduced the final story of the cooperative dungeon content 'Atoraxxion,' titled 'The Last Glouds.' Players can engage in one-on-one combat with 'Ilezra,' who appeared in the Black Desert cutscene, and hints about the new region 'Edania (demon realm)' can also be found.
The direction of the class balance patch and plans for improvements to life content were also shared. Previously, buffs were applied through housing furniture, but going forward, players will be able to craft order forms to use them at their desired time. This update will be applied on May 28.
A unified user interface (UI) was also announced. It will be improved to allow players to easily check the final ability values by combining attack and defense, making it easier to determine the criteria for entering hunting grounds.
Improvements to life content will also be made. When capturing wild horses, the probability of acquiring 8th generation horses will be added, and when a fishing rod is equipped on a medium-sized ship, the crew member 'Criou' will automatically fish. The contribution points system will be relaxed to allow broader use across various content.
The new outfit 'Freshman,' combining a white T-shirt and blue jeans, was updated on April 23.
The offline event 'Heidel Banquet' to be held this summer is expected to take place in Daejeon.
