Samsung Electronics announced on the 21st that it will start the "AI pre-care notification" service, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) to detect abnormalities in subscribed appliances and notify users.
The AI analyzes data collected from the remote diagnostic system to detect abnormalities, and a specialized consultant from Samsung Electronics Service supports users from explaining the AI diagnosis to scheduling repair visits.
Problems can be resolved early, saving expense and time, and it is convenient as there is no need to lumbersome submit after-service (A/S) requests. The service has initially been implemented for 10 items, including air conditioners, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, kimchi refrigerators, dishwashers, induction cooktops, ovens, robot vacuum cleaners, and air dressers among the subscribed appliances.
Samsung Electronics provides the AI pre-care notification to customers enrolled in the subscription care service at no additional charge and plans to gradually expand the target items and symptoms that can be identified in advance.
Samsung Electronics is strengthening cooperation by operating a dedicated subscription organization at Samsung Electronics Sales, Samsung Electronics Service, and Samsung Electronics Logitech since the beginning of this year.
