ESTsoft announced on the 18th that it participated in the '2025 Korea ICT Expo in Japan' held in Tokyo from the 14th to the 15th, showcasing its innovative technology for artificial intelligence (AI) human video production and automatic dubbing service 'PERSO.ai'.
The expo was hosted by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), and ESTsoft introduced its AI technology to Japanese local governments, venture capitalists, and local corporations while conducting consultations. Notably, during the technical briefing for Japanese local governments and investors held on the first day, ESTsoft created an AI human capable of Japanese speech to support the technology presentations of domestic participating corporations, facilitating local communication.
ESTsoft created AI humans for the CEOs of five participating corporations, with the AI reflecting the actual person's tone and intonation, which attracted attention during the presentation. This case is assessed to have presented new possibilities for the overseas expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises struggling with language barriers.
On the second day of the event, about 100 local corporations in Japan interested in digital transformation, such as AI, smart cities, and edtech, conducted demonstrations of PERSO.ai and one-on-one consultations.
Byun Gye-pung, an executive director of ESTsoft, noted, 'This expo was a meaningful opportunity to introduce the innovation of PERSO.ai to Japan's public projects and investment market,' adding, 'We will continue to actively inform others of PERSO.ai's vision and values in revolutionizing communication in the industry beyond language barriers.'
