Seoul Semiconductor announced on the 16th that its consolidated preliminary revenue for the first quarter of the year is 239.2 billion won. The preliminary revenue decreased by 1% compared to the same period last year (241.6 billion won), which is analyzed to be mainly due to seasonal off-peak effects and a slowdown in the IT sector.
A representative from Seoul Semiconductor said, "We plan to continue expanding sales in the automotive and lighting sectors, focusing on our world-first technology, No-Wire 'WICOP,' and natural light lighting technology 'SunLike.'" They noted, "We aim to maintain long-term growth based on our technical competitiveness."
Profit and loss analysis for the first quarter of 2025 and revenue forecasts for the second quarter are scheduled to be announced during the earnings conference call and disclosure planned for May.
