HANCOM announced on the 7th that CEO Kim Yeon-soo has personally gone to the sales field and implemented performance-based human resources innovation to drive growth in the artificial intelligence (AI) business in 2025.
CEO Kim Yeon-soo plans to visit 300 clients this year to actively promote HANCOM's AI solutions to domestic and international customers. Currently, he is also visiting sales sites daily to expand partnerships and sales activities, with a strategy to ensure that HANCOM's AI business can lead to significant revenue growth.
The performance-based personnel system will also be strengthened. Starting this year, HANCOM will introduce a quarterly performance feedback system to select outstanding performers (MVPs) and provide incentives. In particular, CEO Kim Yeon-soo has taken the lead by completely converting his compensation to a performance-based system and eliminating his base salary. This clearly demonstrates the commitment to root a culture of evaluation and compensation based on performance throughout the organization.
CEO Kim Yeon-soo of HANCOM said, "The future of the company must be proven by actual results rather than mere declarations, so I will engage directly to create a meaningful growth curve in the AI business," adding, "I will ensure that rewards follow where there are results, and we will definitely leap forward as a technology-centered corporation."
