Wemade

Wemade announced on the 3rd that its mobile baseball game 'Fantastic BASS: Ilmi Pro,' developed by Round1 Studio, has started pre-registration in Japan.

'Fantastic BASS: Ilmi Pro' is the first game in the Japanese market to secure official licenses from the Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) and Major League Baseball (MLB) Players, Inc., featuring realistic graphics of player faces, pitching forms, stadiums, and team logos.

Users can assemble a dream team comprised of players from the NPB and MLB, and enjoy various content such as 'Challenges' for completing missions, one-on-one PvP 'Showdown mode,' 'Day of the Week Dungeon' with special rules applied on specific days, and 'Manager Mode' where results are determined solely by tactical orders.

Participants in the pre-registration will receive a diamond-grade card of Yoshida Masataka, a Japanese major leaguer selected as a promotional model, along with various rewards, including the player enhancement item 'Secret Book' and diamonds.

Wemade plans to soon open SNS channels to communicate with Japanese baseball game fans and gradually hold participatory events.

Choong-koo, the CEO of Wemade Japan, said, "As we have incorporated both the NPB and MLB licenses, we expect to provide an authentic play experience for Japanese baseball fans," adding that the company will actively communicate with local users to deliver a high-quality service.
